Presentation The entry of this interpretative paper, Matthew 17:1-13, is the account of the transfiguration of Jesus on a mountain with three of His devotees Peter, James and John as witnesses. Artistic Criticism Setting Matthew 16:21-28, the entry before mine, Jesus had uncovered to His trains His up and coming torment, passing and revival. He educated them that His adherents would need to take up their cross to be with Him. Conveying your cross in that timeframe implied an unbearable, difficult and embarrassing passing, along these lines, it implied being happy to pass on to follow Christ. Before anybody would bite the dust for another, they would require confidence in Christ to do as such. This section gave the foundation setting that straightforwardly influenced my entry. After six days Jesus took three educates up the mountain to observe His transfiguration, subsequently giving evidence that He was the Son of God.
